Applications open for the second Digital Accelerator Basel cohort

The Digital Accelerator Basel has opened applications for its 2027 cohort. Early-stage tech startups in the Basel region that are developing solutions for supply chain and logistics can apply by 1 November 2026. Four selected startups will receive three months of personalized go-to-market support, access to industry experts and services worth 10,000 CHF, with the opportunity to compete for a 20,000 CHF cash prize at the end of the program.

The Digital Accelerator Basel supports promising technology startups as they move from a working prototype towards market entry and sustainable growth. The part-time program will run from 11 January to 21 April 2027 and is designed around the individual priorities and challenges of each participating startup.

The program also gives startups access to a network of experts with experience in technology, logistics and supply chain, as well as 10,000 CHF worth of services provided by official program partners. These may include legal, regulatory, technical, strategic and workspace support.

Strengthening Basel as an innovation hub

The accelerator was initiated by the Basel Chamber of Commerce, our sponsoring organizations are be-digital (an initiative from the Basel Chamber of Commerce), the economic development agency of Basel-Landschaft canton, and BaselTech (the ICT innovation promotion program of Basel-Stadt canton), and the program is run by BaselArea Business & Innovation. The program mission is to support technology-driven startups in their early stages and strengthen Basel as an innovation hub.

The 2027 edition focuses on technology solutions for supply chain and logistics, reflecting the importance of these sectors to the regional economy and the potential for innovation across areas such as operations, transportation, infrastructure, sustainability, and digitalization.
